When is the accommodation reserved?
The accommodation is always reserved at the moment you make the reservation throuh this website.
Are bills included?
The accommodation price includes all bills like water, gas, electricity. No extra fees will be charged.
Can I use the kitchen?
Yes. The kitchen is fully equiped for students to cook and prepare their meals. Every sudent has a pantry room as well as their corresponding space en the fridges.
How does de Laundry discount works?
By living at Mansion Paloma you will have access to a discount in a Laundry close to the residence. Each student will be responsible of cleaning their own clothes and the 2 pairs of linens given by the residence.
Can you get to know the other student in the double room before travelling?
You will meet the student the day you or your roomate arrives to the Residence, what happens first.
